01How much does Sherom cost?+
US$29 per month per business, everything included: WhatsApp assistant, payments, work orders, inventory and invoicing. You start with a 30-day free trial with every feature, no card required, and if you prefer you can stay on the free plan with up to 10 orders a month. No contract, no upfront investment, no hardware to buy: cancel anytime.
02Do I have to sign a contract or commit for a year?+
No. Sherom is a monthly plan you can cancel whenever you want. If it stops working for you, you leave — no penalties, no fine print.
03Is Sherom right for a shop like mine?+
Sherom is built for automotive businesses, from independent professionals working alone to shops with a team: auto and motorcycle repair, body and paint, auto electrical, quick lube, tires, car washes, parts stores and fleets. If answering customers, organizing jobs and collecting payments takes time away from your work, Sherom can help, regardless of your team size.
04Do I need to be good with computers or install anything?+
There's nothing to install. Sherom runs in any browser — a tablet at the front desk, a computer in the office or the mechanic's phone. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use Sherom: even the setup is done by talking to the AI, and we help you at the start.
05What about everything I already have on paper?+
You don't need to digitize years of records. You start with new work orders from day one, and your customer list fills itself in as people come in. If you already have a customer list, we'll help you import it.
06Is my shop's and my customers' data safe?+
Yes. Each shop has its own isolated space, data is encrypted in transit and you own your data — if you need it, we hand you a full copy. We don't share your shop's information with anyone.
07Do I need WhatsApp Business or a Meta account?+
No. You can start on Sherom's WhatsApp: customers get the updates under your business's name and the assistant answers them. Whenever you want, you connect your own number without losing anything. Customers who don't use WhatsApp have the chat on your page.
08How do my customers pay me?+
With the payment link the bot sends on WhatsApp: they pay by card into your Stripe, Mercado Pago or Payphone account, or they transfer and the assistant checks the receipt. The money goes straight to your account, with no Sherom commission.
09Does Sherom issue and send electronic invoices?+
Yes. In Ecuador, connect your RUC and signing certificate to issue invoices from the work order. After SRI authorization, Sherom sends the invoice by email with PDF and XML and through WhatsApp as a document or link, depending on contact details and configured channels. Customers can download it without an account.
10Which countries does it work in?+
Any country: Sherom works with your currency, phone prefix and local time, and the assistant answers each customer in their own language.
