Data deletion

Write to sherom.ai.contact@gmail.com from the account owner's email, with the subject "Delete account" and the workshop's name.

• We confirm the request comes from the account owner.
• If you want it, we send you a copy of your data (customers, vehicles, work orders) before deleting.
• We delete the account and its data within 30 days: team, customers, vehicles, orders, photos, inventory, payments, electronic signature and the WhatsApp and Payphone connections.

Your data was recorded by the workshop that serviced your vehicle, and the workshop decides about it. Ask the workshop to delete it and let us know. You can also write directly to sherom.ai.contact@gmail.com with your name, your phone and the workshop's name, and we will handle it with the workshop.

Electronic invoices already authorized by the SRI cannot be deleted: the law requires the workshop to keep them. Encrypted backups may also remain until they expire in their normal cycle. More in the Privacy Policy.
